We'll get to know your vision, priorities and budget before researching suitable venues, checking availability and gathering proposals. We'll help you compare the options, arrange site tours and navigate the details until you've found the right place for your wedding.

Once your venue is secured, we'll complete the handover so you're ready to continue planning, or you can choose to continue your journey with ICY through one of our planning experiences.

Eight weeks before your wedding, we’ll step into your plans, get across the details and begin coordinating with your venue and suppliers, so when the day arrives, you can be fully present while we keep everything moving behind the scenes.
